Flash Dryers

Flash Dryers are the large industrial set up that are highly efficient to remove the moisture from the powdered and granular substances at a relatively faster rate. They are big cylindrical ducts through which drying gas having a higher temperature is blown where the raw or semi processed materials are continuously fed, dried, and transported. These are available in single, double and four pass design configurations having different capabilities. Flash Dryers are provided with an ID fan which suck the combined material into the collection chamber.
